We will email you as soon as we can after you place an order to confirm receipt of your order and to confirm dispatch, signifying that the order has been accepted. It’s possible that not all of the ordered item(s) will be delivered at once.

Before being given to our dependable delivery partners, the item(s) will be examined and packaged. One of our delivery partners will provide you with the package as soon as possible. If they are unable to go to the designated location or at a convenient time, they will contact you to fix the issue.

The majority of purchases are shipped out in two business days, excluding Sundays and other holidays.

For orders with a billing value of INR 999 or more, there are no delivery fees. However, there will be a shipping fee as per weight if your order is less than INR 999.

Currently, international shipment for AIKA BioNature has not begun. Free shipping not applicable for Homecare products.

AIKA Bio Nature is not responsible for any goods that are lost or damaged in transit. Please get in touch with the delivery company to submit a claim if you received your purchase in poor condition. Before filing a claim, please save all package materials and damaged merchandise. How are the products packaged? We take great satisfaction in the caliber of our packaging. Our product comes with a detailed ingredient list printed on it, along with additional information available on our website.
Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery would occur 3 to 5 business days after shipping for all locations served by reputable couriers (business days don’t include Sundays and other holidays). Depending on the location, the products may take 5-7 days for other regions. The delivery date indicated on the order placement screen, including the Product Details, Cart, Checkout, and Order Confirmation pages, as well as in the order confirmation email, is provisional. Once the order is dispatched, it can alter. An estimated delivery date will be sent to you when the purchase has been shipped, allowing you to maintain tabs on the item’s shipment progress.

AIKA Bio Nature makes every effort to give customers a wonderful shopping experience by delivering the goods on time as stated in the Estimated Delivery Date; however, there may occasionally be unforeseen delays in the delivery of your order due to unforeseen and unavoidable logistical issues outside of our control, for which AIKA Bio Nature is not responsible and would ask its users to cooperate. Additionally, AIKA Bio Nature retains the right to cancel your order in the event that delivery takes longer than usual or the package is physically untraceable, and to reimburse the customer’s payment for the canceled product(s).

How can you track your order? You will receive an email after your order has been shipped out with information on the tracking number and the courier service handling your order.

Change of Address

If none of the items you ordered are sent, and your order is in the Confirmed or Pending stage, you may alter the delivery address of your order. However, the request for altering the delivery address might not be allowed if there are any differences in the charges or taxes (if any) applicable for the original delivery address used when placing the order v/s the delivery address to be updated.
